
On May 23, Leiber had the honor of presenting at IFIA Japan 2025, held at Tokyo Big Sight, with a session titled “Characteristic and Effective Use of Leiber Yeast Extract.” The presentation attracted an audience of approximately 120 professionals from the Japanese food industry.
The event was organized in collaboration with Sceti, a member of the Japanese Extract Seasoning Association and Leiber’s local distribution partner. The session was opened by Katsuragi Sho (Sceti), followed by Helge Jakubowski, Chief of Sales and Tobias, APAC Coordinator Food, who introduced Leiber’s company profile and highlighted our yeast extract solutions for innovation and clean label development.
