For Leiber GmbH, September was characterized by national and international professional exchange. With a series of trade fair appearances and congress participations, Sales and Product Management presented the portfolio of tailor-made brewers’ yeast products for different animal species. The company used the platforms to engage in direct dialogue with customers, partners and trade visitors at the exhibition booths.

The kick-off was marked by the regional “Fachgespräch Legehenne” on September 16, 2026, in Haselünne. On site, Wiebke Hälker and Günter Laurenzen were available to present brewers’ yeast concepts for tailored diets meeting nutritional requirements in poultry farms and to exchange ideas with regional producers on current market trends.

At the same time, the radius expanded to international science and the nutrition of pets and livestock: From September 16 to 18, 2026, Maike Rakebrandt and Yannick Cadiou attended the renowned ESVCN Congress in Naples, which this time marked the 35th anniversary of the professional society and its 30th congress jubilee. Leiber accompanied the event for veterinary nutrition research both with its own on-site presence and as a sponsor.

Currently, the focus is on the fish and shrimp farming segment: Aquaculture Europe is taking place in Ljubljana from September 28 to October 1, 2026. Dr Holger Kühlwein is representing the company at the Leiber exhibition booth as an aquaculture expert to present specific yeast fractions for efficient nutrient absorption and to drive forward the professional exchange with international players.

The next international industry event will follow at the beginning of October: From October 5 to 7, 2026, Maike Rakebrandt and Yannick Cadiou will represent the company at the Nordic Petfood Conference (NPFC) in Thessaloniki. Leiber is accompanying the conference in the pet food segment, which is known for its high technological level, with an exhibitor booth and as a sponsor of the event.
