We have a long-standing distribution partnership with Vivatis – and a commitment to continuously developing this collaboration. Last week, almost the entire Vivatis sales team visited us.

Together with our product and key account managers, they used the time intensively for comprehensive product training, discussions about market and customer requirements, and setting the next steps and priorities.

A key component was the factory tour – because understanding arises where processes, quality, and product reality become tangible.

The visit concluded with an open feedback session with a clear focus: What’s working well? Where can we be even more precise? How can we jointly position ourselves for the coming months?
