Since July 1, 2026, Norman Loop has strengthened Leiber’s management team as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In his new role, he is responsible for the company’s commercial activities and, together with the management team, will drive the next strategic steps for growth.

His key responsibilities include further developing the company’s commercial strategy as well as strengthening sales, customer relationships and business development. A particular focus will be on internationalization and tapping into additional market potential. Norman Loop brings many years of international leadership and sales experience. Before joining Leiber, he worked for the Stern-Wywiol Group, including seven years in Singapore, where he was responsible for business activities in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. He subsequently served as Regional Director for the EMEA region, including its international subsidiaries.

With the appointment of a Chief Commercial Officer, Leiber is strategically strengthening its commercial leadership. Only recently, the company announced the acquisition of a site in Romania, marking another step in strengthening its international presence. Both measures are part of Leiber’s long-term corporate strategy and create the foundation for further expanding the company’s international market position and enabling sustainable growth.
