Leiber is setting the course for further growth: On August 31, 2026, the closing of the acquisition of the new production facility of Agsira S.R.L. in Romania was completed. With this step, Leiber is strengthening its presence in Central and Eastern Europe.

Through the acquisition of the new facility in Mizil, in southeastern Romania, Leiber is expanding its production capacities and creating additional opportunities for the continued development of its business. “With the new facility, we are creating the foundation to systematically expand our capacities and to continue supporting our customers with the performance and flexibility they need,” says Oliver Beckmann, CEO.

The new facility complements Leiber’s existing sites and opens up potential for additional production volumes, shorter delivery routes and access to new markets. Following the completion of the transaction, the gradual integration of the site will now begin.

With this additional operational strength, Leiber is sending a strong signal for the future. By maintaining its own production capacities and utilizing by-products from beer production, the company is creating efficient, stable and long-term value chains – closer to customers and relevant markets. This provides the foundation for further strengthening Leiber’s market position, seizing new opportunities and growing profitably together with its customers.
